This year we have made an absolutely innovative machine for our esteemed Chilean customer, Alimentos Vida Stable. It is a meat scalding machine, the equipment is designed to cook cubed and even ground meat. This new technological development is unique in the market, and implements all the devices and applications that allow working in a safe, hygienic and efficient way, a delicate process, such as the blanching of meat.
